*Amina’s Grilled Fish with mushroom sauce*

*INGREDIENTS*

1Kg fresh fish (sliced and cleaned) (fillets can also be used)

2 Tbsp Amina’s Ground Garlic

2 Tsp Amina’s Green Chilli Paste Masala

3Tsp Amina’s Lemon & Herb Marinade

Juice of ½ a lemon

¼ cup melted butter

2 Tbsp olive/sunflower oil

Pinch of ground black pepper

Salt to taste

*FOR THE SAUCE*

2 Tbsp better

1 onion finely sliced

250g sliced mushrooms

00g finely chopped red pepper

100g finely chopped green pepper

250ml milk

1 pkt Knorr Chicken ala king sauce (SANHA approved)

*METHOD*

Mix all ingredients together except fish. Place fish on a pan and pour
marinade over making sure to marinate both sides of the fish. Refrigerate
for 2-3 hours (optional). Grill fish on either side in a hot pan. Remove
from pan and place in a casserole or flat oven dish.

In a separate pan add in butter and mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes. Now
add in onions and fry till translucent. Add in peppers and stir for 1-2
minutes. Add in milk and sauce and stir continuously until cooked ensuring
not to burn.

Pour sauce over the fish and place in pre-heated oven at (180*) for 5-6
minutes.

Enjoy with fresh salads, fresh chips or hot veggies.
