1 cup sojee
1/2 tbl ghee
3 tbl oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbl chanaa dhaar
curry leaves
2-3 green chillies chopped
1/2 cup corn
3 cups water
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp red chillie powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
Fry sojee in ghee till pink
Add seeds curry leaves and chane dhaar
Add onion
Add green chillies, water, lemon juice, chillie powder and salt
Cook till dhaar is soft
Add corn
Mix well and cook on low heat.
