500 g chicken white
1 large onion
2 slices brown bread
1½ teaspoon fine salt
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground ginger/garlic
3 teaspoons ground green chillies
Tussers cheese 1cm cubes to enclose in mince
1. Food process onion & chicken white before adding remaining ingredients.
2. Flatten little mince on your palm put cheese & cover with mince to make a neat square.
