1kg chicken fillet
Salt to taste
1 tbl green masala
1 tsp whole jeeroo
2 tbl crushed garlic
1 tsp lemon pepper
Cook with chicken till half way done
Than add
1 cubed green pepper or 3 colour peppers
1 big tin sweetcorn
Allow to cook till dry
Cool
Add 1 cup tussers, 1 cup mozarella, 1 cup gouda
Mix
Fill like a rocket.
Dip in thin lay(flour paste) or egg and crumbs. Freeze.
