By Zaheda Muhammed Make rotis or tortillas 2 tbl butter 2 tbl olive oil 2 onions 1 large red pepper 1 large yellow pepper 1/2kg chicken fillet cubed 3/4 tsp salt 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp peri-peri powder 1/3cup honey or 2 tbl sugar Saute onions and peppers in oil and butter Marinate chicken in spices Saute with butter Add sugar and allow to caramelize Add veges to chicken Cook for 2 minutes Place tortilla or roti on a sandwich press put chicken on half. Sprinkle cheese. Fold over. Brush with butter and cook till cheese melts.
