500 g cubed steak cooked with butter, salt, pepper & green chillies
1 cup each cubed 3 colour peppers
1 teaspoonful origanum
½ cup chopped pitted olives
½ cup each of tussers, gouda & mozarella cheese

1.  To cooked steak before removing from stove, add in peppers & cook 5 min.
2.  Remove from heat & leave to cool.
3.  Add remaining ingredients & mix well before filling samoosa.
OPTIONAL: in place of steak, use 2 cups chopped polony or chicken.
OR 1/4 cup Sautéed mushrooms, OR 1/2 cup fresh pineapple pieces, OR 30 g
packet cheese & onions or pizza crisp, crushed. OR YOU can use them all
together.
