6 Hake Fillets,

4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 Tbsp Lemon Pepper Powder,

1 tsp Cinnamon Powder,

1 tsp Chilli Powder,

3 Tbsp freshly squeezed Lemon Juice,

2 Tbsp Olive Oil,

Salt to taste

Sauce / Reduction

1/2 cup Orange Juice

2 Tbsp Butter / Ghee

4 Tbsp Rhodes Apricot Jam

Salt and pepper to taste

Freshly chopped coriander, for garnish
