Home-made Bread.

3 cups bread flour

1 tsp salt

1 pkt yeast

Combine

 

Mix

3/4 cup warm water

1/2 tsp sugar

1/4 cup poil

 

Stir into flour to make a soft dough. Allow to raise. Put into a greased loaf pan. Allow to raise again and bake.

 

Wraps:

2 cups flour

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp yeast

1 tbl magerine

1/2 tsp salt

 

Make a dough with warm water. Knead well. Roll into rotis. Bake on tawa don’t let it get too brown. Fill with salads or chicken/steak. Top with chutney and cheese and serve.
