500g butter (not magerine)
1 cup icing sugar sifted
1 cup maizena
4 cups flour

Beat the butter, sugar and maizena. Gradually add the flour until you have a soft dough. This dough does not need to be refridgerated like usual shortbread. Roll out the dough (not too thin) and cut like eet sum mors. Bake in a hot oven till golden brown.
