Use 1 cake (any variety eg red velvet, chocolate or vanilla will do) Process into crumbs.
Add a binding agent of choice (nutella, butter icing or cream cheese or ganache can be used) roll mixture into balls Put in the fridge for 15-20min Melt chocolate Dip a quarter of a lollipop stick into chocolate and pierce through each ball.

(Dipping the stick in the chocolate ensures the stick and cake bind together) Dip cake pop in chocolate tap to remove excess.
Decorate as desired (glitter, sprinkles etc) Dry on Styrofoam.

Don’t leave the balls too long in the fridge
Don’t use too little binding agent
