Easy and tasty Ras Malaai

1 cup Klim
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp oil
1 egg beaten
Mix above together till it forms a sticky but manageable dough. Roll into small oval
shape balls and set aside making sure that it does not dry out. Use oil on hands if
too sticky.
In a pot heat …
1 litre milk,
6 tblsp sugar,
3/4 tsp ellachi powder
1 tsp kewra essence (can use rose essence as a substitute)

Mix and allow to heat.. Add the malai balls to this and once they start to swell
lower heat and cook for 10 mins..
Remove from heat and cool..add sliced pistas on top Refrigerate…
Serve well chilled…Divine !
