Abdul Malik bin Umayr (Rahimahullah) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Surah Faatihah holds a cure for every sickness”. (Darimi, Hadith #: 3413) It should be noted that the Duas from the Qur’an and Hadith are indeed highly effective for their prescribed purposes. However, for one to experience the full benefit of these Duas, one should be punctual on the five daily Salaah and should make an effort to abstain from all sins.
