Channel Islam International (Cii) has joined the Apple Cart. On the 14th December 2011, Cii officially launched an application for the iPhone and iPad. The first version V1.0 is available from Apples App store as a free app and requires only 2.8MB data to download.

The application is slick, interactive and a pleasure to navigate. It features a live audio streaming of Cii’s broadcast directly to your iPhone or iPad and also includes links to Cii’s Facebook page, Twitter profile and Cii’s website, where you can find the latest news, programme schedules and a plethora of information.

Cii is the brainchild of a group of South African visionaries. A diverse media brand, which provides high quality Islamic content to more than a million listeners worldwide. With the launch of the Cii app in the Apple Apps store, Cii has become an even more dynamic and prolific Islamic radio station that will now reach out to global audiences through an application on a platform that that has mesmerized the world just like its visionary and the greatest entrepreneurial genius of the tech world…The late Steve Jobs.
