Bread Halwa:

Ingredients:
1 loaf white bread (preferably day-old bread)
1 Big tin Ideal milk
1 ltr milk
1/2 cup fine badaam
A few strands of saffron

Method:
Give bread a few spins in the food processor until nicely crumbed. Braise
with a little ghee until golden brown. Add ideal milk, milk and saffron
and mix well.  Allow to steam on medium heat until all the liquid has
evaporated. Add sugar to taste OR 1 tin condensed milk and mix and allow
to dissolve, steam for few minutes on low heat.  Serve hot with Nestle
cream. Badaam can be sprinkled on top when served or it can be put in with
the ideal milk and milk.
